Juniper forward, with bold notes of Rosemary, lingering River Mint and the refreshing roundness of Wattleseed, there is no question of what you have poured, it’s clear, bright expressive and bold, just like our beautiful Outback Sit back and savour each flavour, reminiscing the outback skies, vast expanses of desert plains and raise a glass to the people who made it special.
Once a year we have a limited release of this fragrant, ambrosial delight as “Remembrance Gin” to raise funds for Legacy.
